Archiculture takes a thoughtful, yet critical look at the architectural studio. The 25-minute film offers a unique glimpse into the world of studio-based, design education through the eyes of a group of students finishing their final design projects. The film was featured in the 2013 Newbury Beach Film Festival.

As a regular composer for Arbuckle Industries, I've had many projects in my portfolio revolve around the world of architecture and design. As Arbuckle's first documentary film, Archiculture set much of the tone for the soundscapes that I've done for many of their architecture firm clients. Starting with some examples of music Arbuckle liked, I took this base to explore and compose from, creating ambient and upbeat passages to reflect the design, technology and personalities that make up that field.
